You are unable to pull because your local tree has some consistancy
problem.  Run 'bk -r check -av' on your local tree.  You should see
something like this:

[email protected]|cmd-line-utils/libedit/readline/readline.h|20030118162817|08915|ac6080227e4b72fc 
used by
     include/readline/readline.h
     cmd-line-utils/libedit/readline/readline.h


That usually indicates that someone has been manually copying
subdirectories in the bk repo and duplicated some SCCS files.
