Should be in Changeset But is not

We have a repository that when we attempt to pull from parent we get the
message:
"Applying   0 revisions to somefile.java bk: takepatch.c:1463:
noupdates: Assertion `d' failed"

Running "bk -r check -a -f" yeilds:

"somefile.java: marked delta 1.5 should be in ChangeSet but is not.
        1.5 -> [email protected]|somefile.java|20041217153848|02536

somefile.java: marked delta 1.4 should be in ChangeSet but is not.
        1.4 -> [email protected]|somefile.java|20041201182910|19522


Missing delta (chk2) in somefile.java
        key: [email protected]|somefile.java|20041026180013|18528 in
ChangeSet|1.74.1.10
"


Any ideas someone?
