Hi Joel,

Seems like you are trying to clone one of the xaraya repositories.

http://xaraya.com:15000 is the "web" address of all repositories for  
the Xaraya project. Point your webbrowser to that address and you'll  
get a page with info on what those repositories are and how to clone  
them.

For example, the link on that page "core" points to http://xaraya.com: 
15000/core.html which lists all the different "scenarios" as we call  
them.

You probably want the core/stable scenario which is the integration  
clone. The actual command line to clone the repositories are at the  
bottom of the http://xaraya.com:15000/core.html page.

I know this is not your question, i dont know what the network  
problems themselves are, just wanted to make sure you clone the right  
repositories.
