Importing files from another BitKeeper repository

Does anyone know of a way to move files between BitKeeper repositories
whilst keeping the change history for the moved files intact?

Import doesn't seem to allow import of BitKeeper files and if I simply copy
in the files of interest and "bk new" them, I'll lose all the change
history.

Any help would be much appreciated.
