Hi everyone, (Sorry if this ends up going arriving twice, the first time I sent it from another address didn't seem to get there, maybe because of the Cogen/Level 3 spat) I've just created a repository and added a large number of pdf files in there. Now I've decided that it's not worth it to have them there and I need to save the space. I put them in the ignore list, and now I'd like bitkeeper to forget it ever had anything to do with those files. Am I safe if I delete the s.* and p.* file in the SCCS directory? It would be nice to have a file editable, under repository control and not need 2 full copies, but I guess you would need to reach rather deeply in the file-system to catch modifications or deletions before they go into effect.
