Bitkeeper/triggers/pre-incoming.user: not found

Hi all,

I am using Bitkeeper in Windows machine with openssh.
I have cloned a repository to my system from central
repository using LDAP authentication. Now i can clone
parent repository to my machine. But i cannot pull the
changes from parent repository to my repository. The
error is,

Bitkeeper/triggers/pre-incoming.user: not found=20

Anyone knows how to resolve this?.
