I tend to use bk csets right after a pull that pulls in the set of changes
to be reviewed.  bk csets is 

	bk changes -nd:REV: - < BitKeeper/etc/csets-in | bk csettool -

which you'll note means that you can review any chunk of csets by feeding
their keys or revs to csettool on stdin.

A useful interface for this sort of stuff is "bk set -d".
