excluding a changeset with removed files

So,
      I did a bk rm <directory> that I want to bring back.

Usually - instinctually - I'd just bk cset -x <the bad changeset> and
expect everything to work... but I had a bad experience with that
before.

So usually I'd RTFM *first*, but as I'm getting quite familliar with
the manual - and dont want to waste my time getting around this,
can someone tell me what is the most direct way of getting that directory
back ?
