Bug into 1.11.5: apparent username (name) is unknown to this system

Hello guys,

I have installed cvs 1.11.5 on the RH7.3 server (use cvs-1.11.5.tar.gz
for compilation).
Using WinCVS 1.2 or WinCVS 1.3.13.b1 Im trying to commit files but is
say me:

cvs commit -m "development version" login.php enroll.php (in directory
E:\_SSC1\)
cvs [server aborted]: your apparent username (denis) is unknown to this
system

But checkout, add, import commands works fine.

I found similar error description: under Windows with build 1.11.2 of
CVS.

Maybe something wrong with CVS configuration?
Im use pserver and following passwd file:

denis:herescryptedpassword:root


Can anybody help me?
