Hi J.C.,

I am having a problem where 90% of the files in my
checkout appear to be modified in TortoiseCVS, even
with dates in 2002. The CVS command-line app reports
no changes to the files. Turning off automatic
daylight savings makes the problem with TortoiseCVS
go away. Maybe these two are related.
