That's not really relevant for CVS since we don't actually have a
Windows usleep available. We had previously reimplemented usleep on
Windows. We might as well reimplement nanosleep() in windows-NT/woe.c
if we want to go that route.
Did you try declaring select() in our unistd.h without prototyping it?
