Please contact customer support at [email protected]

Are you sure you've installed the correct package?  The 'free open
source client' is NOT the SCCI package since the microsoft license for
the scci specification precludes the use of an open source license.  If
you have the SCCI plugin then you will also have a 'customer order
number'.  We may be releasing an evaluation copy later this week - but
that will be probably be limited to work with the new CM Server only.
