You appear to be using CVSNT.  CVSNT is NOT CVS.  Please contact the
CVSNT newsgroup:

Also version 2.0.51d is 4 or 5 years old - please upgrade and test if
the problem still occurs with the latest version - report the problem to
the CVSNT newsgroup - noone here on the CVS newsgroup are interested in
CVSNT issues.
