The permission schema(s) that is available in windows are enough different and 
controlled so differently from Unix, that for folks who work mostly in a Unix 
environment, i.e, the folks who are on this list ... even guessing WHICH 
permission schema just got messed up is a nightmare.

A lot more windows folks hang out over at the CVSNT lists, and as that is the 
product you are using I suspect you will get better/more answers if you re-ask 
your question there. It might be interesting to see a URL pointing to the 
CVSNT list message that solves it for you when it gets figured out though.
