CVS Checkout : cannot open CVS/Entries for reading

Hi All,
 
I am facing checkout problem when i try to checkout new repositories.
Everything is working well with old repositories.
Kindly check the following output of wincvs after checkout command is issued
 
TCL or Python are not available, shell is disabled
cvs -d :pserver;username=abcde;password=abcde;hostname=192.168.20.62:/usr/local/Test checkout -P -- Test (in directory D:\CVS\Test)
cvs checkout: cwd=D:\CVS\Test ,current=D:\CVS\Test
cvs checkout: Updating Test
cvs checkout: in directory .:
cvs checkout: cannot open CVS/Entries for reading: No such file or directory
***** CVS exited normally with code 0 *****
