Is running CVS on Windows Server 2003/2008 (64 bit) possible?

Is it possible to run CVS(pserver) on Windows Server 2003/2008 (64bit) ?
If not, what is the best option ?  I already have my CVS structure
running on Solaris 9 and want to port it.
