Hi

I am trying CVS. My plan is install CVS server on Linux and use it from Windows client. The Linux server is a Mandriva Linux 2009 installed in a VirtualBox on my Windows Vista laptop downloaded from here: http://virtualboximages.com/Mandriva-Linux-Free-KDE-2009.1-Beta. Then I installed CVS from Linux's Configure Your Computer/Install and Remove Software. The CVS server seems working fine on Linux.

Now how can I use CVS from my host machine, which is a Windows Vista? Below is the Linux IP address on the VirtualBox. The external Internet address is: 99.237.168.113. I got it from www.whatismyip.com. This is the same ip address as the host, my Windows Vista.

[root@localhost CVSROOT]# /sbin/ifconfig
eth1      Link encap:Ethernet  HWaddr 08:00:27:A0:73:9D
          inet addr:10.0.2.15  Bcast:10.0.2.255  Mask:255.255.255.0
          inet6 addr: fe80::a00:27ff:fea0:739d/64 Scope:Link

          Interrupt:11 Base address:0xd020

lo        Link encap:Local Loopback
          inet addr:127.0.0.1  Mask:255.0.0.0
          inet6 addr: ::1/128 Scope:Host
