cvsspam problem

Hi,
I installed the cvsspam put there is a problem. It generates the content of
the e-mail, but it dous not send it to me. When I commit something I get the
error message "Nothing in CVS/Entries for %{s},/path/to/the/dir". It looks
like if the %{s} variable dous not get it real value. Dous anyone have an
idea what could I made wrong?
