                                               "-r HEAD" with your command

Hi all, I've googled for hours and can't find an answer to what I'm
trying to do. when I execute this command:

cvs history -z EST -c -a -D 10/7/2009 -pmy_repo

I get all the commits for all branches. I just want the HEAD commits
since that date, ignoring all branches. How can I do that?
