Install this =E2=80=9Cbash-on-windows=E2=80=9D thingy and apt-get install c=
vs,
then try with Unix-style paths, i.e. forward slashes, and either
no drive letters or with a different convention. (Mind it needs
a case-sensitive filesystem.)

Otherwise, this depends on what libraries your cvs binary was
built against=E2=80=A6 if it was Cygwin, try /cygdrives/D/Yevrah/cvstest
for a path (IIRC).
