importing files: CVS

I haven't created a repository from scratch in a long time.=C2=A0 =C2=A0I c=
reated the repository and the CVSROOT files are done.=C2=A0 =C2=A0I importe=
d a directory and it creates a branch from the vendor branch field I passed=
.=C2=A0 the version numbers are 1.1.1.1.=C2=A0 =C2=A0 I don't remember this=
 happening in the past, but as I've said it's been a long time.

when I do a checkout i expected the trunk/HEAD and to see 1.1 versioning.=
=C2=A0 I am doing this correctly?=C2=A0 Do i need to switch to the HEAD or =
checkout the HEAD to see them as 1.1.
