gCvs Popup Menu Customization checked in

I finally got the popup menu customization working and checked in to CVS 
under the GCVS_GTK2 tag.  That's the last time I'll take a year break 
between starting and finishing a project ;(.  Merging was quite an 
effort, hence the time.

While trying to come up with a consistent merge of the GUI resource file 
(gcvs.glade), I stumbled upon a great visual diff program: tkdiff.  I 
had previously installed TkCvs to see how it compared to gCvs (it has 
some nice features we don't, but is very slow because it gets all its 
info from the server any time you move in the directory tree.)  Thank 
goodness I had done that - I wouldn't have been able to merge this file 
without tkdiff.  Maybe we should provide access to tkdiff from within gCvs.

I did a fresh checkout after checking everything in just to make sure I 
hadn't forgotten anything.  Built okay for me.  Richard, please check it 
out when you have a moment.  Enjoy.
