CVS Suite WinCVS patches

Just to be clear, the complete diffs for the changes between the "CVS
Suite" version of WinCVS and the current HEAD of the repository is
available from the link in the FAQ:

I've just uploaded a new context diff that builds against the repository
as of a few hours ago.  The main mods are:
* strings are stored in the registry as strings (so the installer can
preset them)
* by default the CVSNT repository finder is used rather than the WinCVS
CVSROOT wizard
* built on VS.NET 2003 (and associated mods)
* "finds" cvs using the registry entries used by the suite
* various documentation and aesthetics

If the WinCVS/CVSGUI team want to include any/all of these patches then
that'd be great (they are all ifdef'd so you can build with or with out
them enabled), however the only feature that I think would be of
"general" value is the Wizard selector (see separate email).
