Hello Jerzy,

 can you please add the missing definition for "IDH_IDC_BULK_ANNOTATE"
 to  wincvs.h?
 So it can be build again...

1>..\common\AnnotateDlg.cpp(203) : error C2065: 'IDH_IDC_BULK_ANNOTATE': undeclared identifyer
