Kalle, I just discovered that the pipe files are left open in MacCvs, which eventually ( when MacCvs runs long enough ) causes the max. no. of file handles to be reached, i.e. no more files can be opened... Since MacCvs and gCvs share the process creation/destruction of the cvs process, I was wondering how the appropriate function (cvs_process_destroy as far as I can see) is called in gCvs. From my understanding of the sources, this will never happen? Did you ever do an fstat on your gCvs process and verify that all files are properly closed after the cvs command finishes? If so, can you tell me the backtrace from within the cvs_process_destroy function, so I can see how it's called on your end? Thanks, </jum> [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] ------------------------ Yahoo!
