It looks like my misunderstanding...?

Test case should not be 
  CPPUNIT_ASSERT(std::string(argv[2]) == "c:\\App\\hige.dsp");
...?

I'm confused, then I have to ease my tension
by taking deep breaths...

FWIW, my intent is using CppUnit rather than fixed code.
Please correct test case first, and then we can fix
if we need.
