A short definition of "corrupt" for me ;)

To be honest I need to investigate the issue to be certain, only after 
the b16 however - I am too close to the release and the Cygwin dll can 
be moved out of the way so it's not a show-stopper even thougth it 
generates some traffic on the list.

Actually we could delay or even stop loading of python and tcl if it 
crashed or something.

At this point I am not sure at which point it breaks. If it was really 
a loading point then it would be easy to wrap the code within 
try-catch if only to display the message instead of crash...

It's not like I changed my mind or something, but it looks good and I 
am willing to give it a go ;)

VC++ 6.0 is my tool of choice. BTW: VS.NET used to break the HTML 
formatting so don't used that.

Actually I am "tackling" that as we speak. I am simply trying 
different ways to see the working model and if it comes out nicely we 
should be pretty much done with it withing a week. I will let you know 
when I get it more-less ready so watch this space (and repo)...
