FYI:
I have introduced new preference settings to control the way the Entries
contents is compared with the filenames and folders. It's used in
EntnodeData::Compare to choose between case sensitive and non-sensitive
comparison.
Users can change this in the global preferences. It is defaulting to case
sensitive for non-Windows OS ans non-sensitive on Windows.
On Windows that can be used to detect and correct the case of files under
CVS control in case some tool have changed that, which happens quite often
actually. I am not sure whether it's of any use for Unix and Mac but in case
it is all you have to do is to expose that in the preferences dialog for
users to change it.
