CVSROOT dialog

Guys,
I have just uploaded the screenshots of working prototype of CVSROOT entry
dialog into the groups files area. Ultimately it will replace current
CVSROOT settings in the preferences. It can be invoked from comman ddialog
in new WinCvs 1.3b17.
The first file CVSROOT_1.jpg show the situation right after dialog launch.
At the start the protocols combo box is filled with all protocols listed by
"cvs info" commnand. After selecting the protocol it's keywords are obtained
with "cvs info <protocol>" command and displayed in the list control - see
CVSROOT_2.jpg. Now it's possible to select keywords and enter or modify
their values or it can be cleared which is done in a helper dialog -
CVSROOT_3.jpg. The server path should be entered to complete the CVSROOT
string which is shown at the botton of dialog and which is updated as
changes are made.
The code is quite simple at the moment and looks a lot like the one used for
Tags/Modules browser.
