Removing cvsgui/cvsgui/GuiDoc files

Guys,

I am about to remove all files from cvsgui/cvsgui/GuiDoc unless somebody
really want's it to remain (in which case I will be forced to change module
definitions which I would like to avoid).

The reason is that it's quite outdated and there is another copy in
cvsgui/www/GuiDoc anyway, almost identical except that it was converted to
use png images instead of gifs.

If it's important to include those files in gCvs or MacCvs distribution then
I would like it to be "linked" from www/ folder - so I can remove it from
cvsgui folder and keep WinCvs clean.

If I don't hear any objections by the comming weekend I will go ahead with
remove, so speak now or forever hold your peace ;)
