The way UTREEITEMs are handled by the rf

Hello everybody,

 I'd like to change the way UTREEITEMs are passed by the rf.
 Today UTREEITEM is the only data type that is passed 'by value'
 through the rf. But with GTK-2 a TreeItem can not be represented by a
 simple pointer, thus 'passing by value' can not work any more.
 There for I would like to change all the OnTreeXXX() functions where
 a UTREEITEM is involved to use UTREEITEM & now.
 That may impact the code for all other platforms, but the impact is
 rather small (only UCvsFolders and uwidget).

 So any opinions?
