I see the OnBlock and OnUnblock calls are outside of the #if qGTK block.
How do you know these calls are not needed by other platforms? I don't
really understand how all the platforms are built. I've been working on
the assumption that anything gcvs-specific had to be inside of #if qGTK
blocks.
