Guy, Richard,

there are a bunch of files still being built with MacCvs, namely
uconsole, uevent, umain, umenu, uobject, ustr, utoolbar, uwidget
and IIRC, e.g. uwidget is still used in some dialogs in MacCvs (mostly 
things like import feedback, etc.).
However, most UI is done via 'native' libraries, but to be honest, I 
haven't yet waded through the code to see exactly which parts of rf are 
still being actually used (as opposed to just being compiled).
I don't really know about the early versions - when I joined the cvsgui 
team, the situation has been just as it is today.
