Hi;


My name is Joe Renzi and I am a DOD employee.  I am totally blind and access
a computer via the Window-eyes screen reader.  This reader provides a high
degree of functionality.  It allows the voiceing of Windows controls along
with screen attributes such as color.


I am having a difficult time accessing the WINCVS client.


I was told there were three panes in the window.  The left pane is a tree
view of the directory structure.  The right pane is a list view of the files
and subdirectories available in the expanded directory of the tree view.
This is like Windows Explorer accept in Windows Explorer you can quickly tab
between structures.  The third pane at the bottom of the window contains
results of the command.  This is very difficult to navigate in WINCVS.


In many Windows applications there are keyboard shortcuts to switch panes.
The convention is either F6 or control-tab.  Your client sorely lacks this
keyboard navigation.


I would like to use WINCVS because all your dialogs talk beautifully and
your use of standard Windows controls makes navigating them easy.  Accept
for output and command results your program is very speech friendly.


I normally use the command line interface to perform my tasks.  However, my
boss wants me to turn off vendor and release tags and do some importing on a
newly set up repository.  The file set to be imported is a mix of binary and
text files.  This GUI seems to offer some capabilities not present in the
command line interface.  I do not know how to turn off tags using the
command line interface and it does not employ that per file filter to help
make decisions based on whether or not the file is binary.


Is this possible to do in the command line?  Could you add keyboarding so
that panes would not be such a pain.


Please get back to me as soon as possible because this is a real show
stopper for me!  Thank you for your time and help in advance.
