MacCvsX has the same icon with a 128x128 representation as well. It's 
in Mac OS X .icns file format. There are utilities to convert this into 
XP .ico icon files, so you should be able to extract the 
high-resolution icons from that file if you like. It's rather well 
rendered, IMHO...
