adding Bug-ID to commit-window

please take a look to the picture that i made from the first short 
shoot to add this feature. It is only the visible part, no 
functionality in the background. For this i still search a document 
that describes me how -b and -B works that i can add the 
functionality underneat the window. If somebody knows a place, where 
i can take a look to a doc, please let me know...
