Tags incomplete - missing files in tag

Hello,
we are facing a strange problem currently: Although there has been no
error during tagging from time to time we have incomplete tags
afterwards. There are simply some files missing, which had been tagged
before.
Is there anyone with similar experience or problems?
Any feedback would be very much appreciated !!!!
CVS Configuration:
Clients: Wincvs 2.0.2.4 Build 4
Server: CVSNT 2.5.03 Scorpio Build 2151. We use pserver as protocol.
