WinCVS: No protocols available, check your CVS configuration

Hello everyone,
I am new in using CVS and I have this problem using WinCVS.
I downloaded:
WinCVS 2.0.2.4
CVSNT 2.5.03.2382
And the flash tutorial: wincvsnt-tour-1321-2058.zip from
www.wincvs.org.
At the step of importing a module, when I try to choose CVSROOT in the
Import settings window, the following error apears in the CVSROOT form:
No protocols available, check your CVS configuration.
Do you have any idea about what am I missing?
I tried this command in the CommandPrompt cvs info and I received
the protocols.
