Mismatching of Revision numbers

Hi,

I am facing an unusual problem in winCVS.

We are using winCVS 2.0.2.4 (Build 4).

The revision number of file1.ear file in normal mode is appearing as 
2.5. Whereas in graph mode it is appearing as 2.05.

When I encountering the following error message while delete the 
revision 2.5/2.05:
 

cvs -r admin -o 2.5 -- file1.ear (in directory 
D:\CVSROOT\Java\Development\build\deploy\)

RCS file: /u01/cvs/cvsroot/Java/Development/build/deploy/file1.ear,v

cvs 
admin: /u01/cvs/cvsroot/Java/Development/build/deploy/file1.ear,v: 
Revision 2.5 doesn't exist.

cvs admin: RCS file for `file1.ear' not modified.

***** CVS exited normally with code 1 *****

Apart deleting revisions, due to the mismatch of revision numbers in 
Normal mode and graph mode, I am unable to extract revisions.

Last time when I used Remove option on the file, it deleted entire 
file along with revisions from server. I forced to check-in all 
revisions back to server manually.

Please some can provide solution to the problem.
