WinCVS is a front end to the CVSNT client and server. All these
projects (CVSNT/WinCVS/TortosieCVS/WinMerge) only exist because people
contribute, either time or money. If your employer/client really wants
to contribute (financially) then let them support the work of the
developers, eg:

In return your client gets "commercial quality" support and
documentation.
