Don't you have to substitute your real IP address for 192.168.1.100? The 192 address is local to your own network and is not recognized from the outside. Use www.whatismyip.com to determine your real IP address.

  I have setted up a CVS server on my Gentoo server and tested it
  locally. It works well, I think.

  Then I tried to access the server from another computer via winCVS. It
  can successfully login to the server, but fail to import files.
