Wincvs 2.0.2.4 reports Python not found when starting ?

If I start wincvs 2.0.2.4, I get a dialog stating wincvs could not
find python 2.1......
I have python 2.5 installed. I did try to set Python dll location in
the wincvs tab of Admin/Preferences menu, but I wasn't sure which of
the python dll's should be selected ? I tried tcl84.dll but I still
get the wincvs starting dialog stating python could not be found ? 
How do I fix this ?
