Is it safe to uninstall...

My sysadmin has installed both WinCvs 1.3 and WinCVS 2.0 on my PC...is 
there any reason I can't uninstall 1.3?

The reason I ask...1.3 is almost 10M whereas 2.0 is about 2.2M...I'm 
sorried there is something in 1.3 that 2.0 depends on.
