pserver protocol not found on Windows XP

I want to browse one of the projects in SourceForge.net ( u-boot ) 
I downloaded WinCVS and read its tutorial and was successful in
creating versioned files and repositories ( all on local machine ) .

I saw everywhere that you must use pserver to access the web
repositories. The only protocols I find on Admin-Login-CVSROOT is
sspi, gserver, ext,ssh, .... etc..but no pserver. Where do i find this
info ?

How can I browse/download the CVS repositories on the web ?
