Re: "cvs add" using the WinCVS 2.0.2.4 console

Scratch all that!  I knew it was my lack of experience in the Linux 
world.  I neglected to create a CVS 'users' group, set that group to 
the repository and grant the appropriate priveleges.  

Everything seems to be working great!
