Just an observation:
If you write "We have 5 production servers running WinCVS." what is
this supposed to mean if not what you write?
Many newbies posting here have the misconception that WinCvs is equal
to CVS while it is only a GUI front-end to the command line cvs.exe in
client mode.
I made the remark in order to make sure that you did not share this
misconception. I would use more exact wording when posting than you
did....
