How to save "Diff settings \ Other options"

Hi group, 
I'm newbie with WinCvs 2.0.2.4 (build4). I want to produce diff files 
with some options. When I select my, file, and set in "Diff settings" 
in "Other options" these parameters : "-u -5 -p", all is right. Each 
time I call the diff, even if I check "Display only if Shift key is 
down", Diff uses these options.

But each time I leave WinCvs, the next time I rexecute it to produce a 
diff file, these options have disappear.

So, my question: Is it possible to save these options, and where do it? 
(I don't have found any "save preferences" options in the interface)...
