With WinCvs shut down do this:

- Open RegEdit

- Find key HKEY_CURRENT_ USER\Software\ WinCvs

- Delete it



Now when WinCvs starts it will start over with new settings.



Uninstall/Install will not touch these settings and therefore WinCvs

always starts up with the bad config until you delete this key.
