Where can I find user documentation/help for WinCVS version 2.0.2.4(Build4)

I have WinCVS version 2.0.2.4(Build4) installed on a Unix box. I seem
to be unable to find any suitable user guide/tutorial that explains how
to use the system using the GUI version that it is. Alomost all of what
I can find is related to command centric use of CVS.
I am not looking for installation stuff. Just how to use the tool. What
do those blue/ red whatever icons before the file names mean. How to
check out and check in files not whole modules? And all that using the
GUI, NOT command line. Perhaps a general user guide and things like
that.
Can someone please help?
