cvs [log aborted]: linefeed expected in error coming

hi 

i am facing the problem when iam doing checking the diff,graph or any 
operation related to see in the older version of the file this is the 
error which i am facing .


cvs [log aborted]: linefeed expected 
in /cvsroot/migration/testimp/ApproveDeclineReturnToMainViewAction.java,
v revision 1.1

this is having versions till 1.4 so can any one has encountred this 
problem. i also tried to use the Build changelog macro but the same 
error is coming.can any one help me out with this
